when ordering goods, do not forget to specify the product code and quantity. To ensure the quality of the goods, we can also send you a samples. Payment for the goods is accepted to our bank account, which will be specified in the invoice.  After 100% payment of our invoice, we will send the goods to your address.

In view of the fact that our company Souvenirs City s.r.o. located in Prague, for Prague companies we deliver goods for free. For other European cities, the cost of sending will be according to the cost of the Czech Post. In this case, we are going to meet our customers and pay 50% for shipping and 50% paid by the client. The delivery time for goods in Europe is maximum 14 days.

In case of damage to the goods during the delivery, you need to urgently notify us about this by email, attaching detailed photos of the broken, damaged product. In this case, the broken, damaged product is replaced with a good one and is sent to you with the following order.
